OUR CONFERENCE PACKAGES

At Hotel Esplanade we offer personally designed conference and event packages in a historic setting, right on Strandvägen in central Stockholm. Our offers suit both companies looking for an inspiring place for meetings, conferences and workshops, and private parties looking to gather loved ones in an elegant and cozy environment. Regardless of the occasion, we tailor the arrangement with care, flexibility and high service – for meetings and gatherings that feel well thought out from start to finish.

Corporate conference & meetings

Choose between our ground floor venue with library seating for up to 30 guests, or our upper floor lounge accommodating up to 10 guests.

  • Full Day Venue Hire from SEK 8,950 (incl. VAT)

  • Half Day Venue Hire from SEK 5,750 (incl. VAT)
    Included upon request: projector and screen, whiteboard/flipchart, as well as notepads and pens.

Esplanade Large Conference – Full Day

SEK 375 per person + lunch SEK 225 per person.​

  • Breakfast buffet

  • Afternoon refreshment – sandwich, chia pudding or pastry

  • Hot main course, salad, bread, mineral water, followed by coffee and a small cookie or chocolate

Private Events

In all menus, the following are included: candles, fresh seasonal flowers for the tables, table linens, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Service staff is charged separately.

 

Venue hire for up to 20 guests from SEK 4,500.
Venue hire for 21–70 guests from SEK 6,500.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.AT.
