Our lounge upstairs
Intimate meetings with a view of Nybroviken. The lounge at Hotel Esplanade offers a quiet and cozy environment with a beautiful view of Strandvägen and Nybroviken. It is suitable for smaller meetings, management team meetings, interviews, workshops and intimate mingling in an inspiring and secluded atmosphere.
The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofa groups and can accommodate up to 10 seated guests or a smaller mingle event - perfect for those looking for a personal meeting room in central Stockholm with focus, discretion and hospitality.
Library & Breakfast Lounge
On the ground floor, Hotel Esplanade offers bright and flexible rooms suitable for meetings, conferences, private events, PR events, launches and social gatherings. The rooms can accommodate up to 30 seated guests or up to 70 people for social gatherings and can be furnished as needed, for example in cinema seating, boardroom seating or school seating.
Adjacent to the premises is the hotel's library, which creates an inviting and cohesive environment for both formal and more social events. Everything from conferences and workshops to wedding receptions, baptismal receptions, memorial services and pop-ups are arranged here.
