Reception Manager Hotel Esplanade

You are the one who shows the way with your leadership and enjoys inspiring and developing others.

In the role of reception manager, we are looking for someone who is present at the hotel, in the department, but also the natural link that brings all departments together. You support, ensure routines, deliver the highest service and lead towards the goals we have set together. The role sometimes requires having many balls in the air at the same time and handling multiple tasks, so you need to be able to prioritize and act calmly and confidently in the team.

Main tasks include:

• The hotel manager is on site daily and responsible for ensuring that daily operations function.

• Coaching and management of the reception team.

• Work actively to follow up on additional sales and development of the department.

• Responsible for planning and scheduling at the reception.

About the service
The position is 100% permanent with a 6-month probationary period.
The reception manager is in operation 3 days/week and 2 days/week administratively, weekend work occurs. This position requires previous experience in hotel reception and preferably in the role of supervisor or reception manager previously.
