Breakfast Manager at Hotel Esplanade

About you
We are looking for someone who wants to help give our guests the very best start to the day and who wants to help develop our breakfast and our concepts. We strive to create magical guest experiences every day and we want you to be part of creating that together with our team.
At breakfast you work on preparing hot and cold dishes and setting up the breakfast buffet in the morning, restocking and keeping the buffet fresh, clearing dishes, setting the table and ensuring that our guests get the best start to the day. After-work, preparations for the next day, preparing salads, sandwiches etc. and cleaning the breakfast premises are also included in your duties.
You are responsible for planning and ordering goods and maintaining the desired quality based on our goals and visions and thereby developing the breakfast and service level. As a person, you are an early riser, happy and opportunity-oriented. Main tasks include:
Prepare and serve breakfast daily to our guests.
Clean and wash dishes after breakfast and ensure that our premises are in the best condition.
Planning and ordering of food and consumables.
About the service
We would like you to have previous experience of breakfast in a hotel, you also need to have computer skills and it is an advantage if you have previously worked with purchasing and orders. Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement for the position.
The position is 100% permanent with a 6-month probationary period.
The breakfast manager works mainly during the day from 6:00 a.m., weekend work may occur.
